It was the 11th hour of the 11th day Of November 2005 and Shirley, Ron & I were standing near the Cenotaph at Whitehall on a brisk but sunny November morning.

Here we are in St. James Park which is still one of my very favourites. We have been having such spectacular weather...

It is so peaceful and today the sky is blue and the sun is shining as we all walk along the water. Birds and ducks continue to flap by us. Swans, heads proudly high, swim about elegantly. Weeping willows majestically bend their long willowly branches stretching forth to playfully graze the water. The sunlight eases its way between the branches of the various trees to cast dancing shadows about and to light up the palettes of green leaves.
